Situated in premium and upcoming locality in Rajkot, Gujarat. The building houses one apartment on each floor. The floor plan sprawls across 5500 sq. ft. of carpet area. 

The client wanted an expression of understated luxury emanating elegance. Clean lines, muted colours and a restricted use of materials lends the space a zen like feel.

The apartment houses two living rooms, a dining area and kitchen, covered terrace, an entertainment room and four equal sized bedroom suites.

The use of muted colour tones like greys, beige and griege suffuses the space with quiet sophistication, maintaining the right balance with furniture and art. The 46 feet long wall clad in white oak veneer with vertical grooves articulated in such a way that it hides all the doors openings. This lends a seamless look to the entire wall and visually connects the entire apartment. The bedrooms exude warmth and simplicity from the minimal furniture and a wooden flooring.
